I got up early the next day and called 12345 to complain. I got quick feedback. When I was leaving the store, the store manager came to communicate with me. I asked for full check-out fee and finally refunded half of the room rate. I didn’t care about it. The store manager’s attitude was okay I'm not unreasonable, but I have to give this bad review anyway, I just don't recommend this hotel!
