Great location facing the ocean. The hotel lobby is dirty with flies on furniture and carpet. The hotel lobby is dimly lighted to save money and gave out an impression that the hotel's business is declining and hard to survive, which hurts its business. The buffet is pretty good

The location was not ideal for the purpose of my vacation. It was difficult to determine from the online information available, if there was a beach nearby. There wasn’t. It was also frustrating that the swimming pool was closed given that there was not swimming beach nearby. There is a supposed to be a spa in the hotel but it was no longer available. A fitness room still exists and looked well equipped. Aside from this, the staff were friendly and a couple of the staff spoke enough English to take care of my needs. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the cleaning staff did an excellent job of cleaning my room. It was convenient to have laundry facilities in the room given that my stay was 14 days long. If you’re in Haikou for business, then I give this hotel high marks. I was on vacation so it wasn’t the ideal hotel.

The hotel was a little difficult for my DiDi driver to find at first, but it was worth the view in the end. The gym was huge and had ample equipment for me to get a good workout! The staff was amazing, I had accidentally left my phone in a DiDi car at the front desk was able to help me track the phone down and get it back the next day! It was a real life saver.

Nice view, clean room but it smelt a lot like urine every time we took a shower which is not pleasant. I am presuming other guests are peeing in the shower! Friendly staff and extensive breakfast.

No visa acceptance Hairs on the sofa and strong smell of humidity. It was not clean and my colleague got same feeebacks as we rent 2 other rooms. Live band at the bar frontin the hotel so before 11PM very noisy Had to ask 4 times for 2 days about finaly getting an iron (not in the bedroom) The only thing "good" was the breakfast You can find way better hotel at same price in Haikou.

First of all, an oven didn’t work, secondly, the light didn’t work everywhere. We had to ask for help. I guess it’s not good enough to be a hotel with four stars.

The room is spacious and bright, the balcony has a wide sea view, the waiter cleans every day, although the facilities are old, it does not affect the use, it feels like home, I have stayed here many times, recommended!

I liked the location, you can walk along a very long embankment. The view from the balcony is on the bay and skyscrapers, the bridge is super.

Mr. Zhang at the front desk helped us upgrade to a sea view suite for free. Both balconies have sea views and a swing. The air conditioner is very warm. The room is very comfortable. The breakfast vegetables are fresh and there is also a noodle and rice noodle cooking service. Thank you

This hotel has a great view, with a first-line sea view. When I checked out and was on my way back from the hotel, the front desk called to tell me that I had left a ring behind. Then I realized that my wedding ring was no longer on my hand. I am very grateful that the hotel staff are very professional.

Not bad, very quiet at night and slept soundly, jogging in the morning facing the sunrise, looking at the sea, and coming back to have a satisfying buffet breakfast. The check-out lady gave me a pen. The trip ended perfectly.
