The facilities are a bit old, but very clean and well-ventilated. The bedding is comfortable, and there's a balcony for drying clothes. It has individual air conditioning. Breakfast is rich and varied. It's close to Beian Road Market, which is convenient for night market strolls. The only downsides are that the service attitude isn't very enthusiastic; calling the front desk often requires a bit of a wait before someone answers. There's no one to greet you or help with luggage. The city view room looks out onto an old building very close by, so there's no real view to speak of.

The location is superb, right next to Hainan University and facing Dongpo Lake, offering a quiet and serene environment with a beautiful blend of lake and city views. The rooms are spacious and tidy, with smart and well-equipped facilities. The bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. The service is warm and professional, with staff who are attentive and responsive. Breakfast is rich and delicious, featuring many Hainan specialties. The overall ambiance is elegant and grand, and it offers great value for money. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure stays. Highly recommended!
