Hainan Junhua Haiyi Hotel

My flight was delayed, so I headed straight to dinner after arriving. I didn't get to the hotel until after midnight, but the staff at the front desk were super helpful and quickly got my room ready. They even told me I could check out at 2 PM, which was a fantastic first impression! 🙂 Five-star truly lives up to its name – the room was incredibly clean and tidy, and the service staff were all so welcoming. 🙏 The breakfast was delicious too! 😋 It's been really hot and humid outside in Haikou these past few days, so stepping into the hotel was such a relief – perfectly cool and comfortable without being cold. 👍👍 My only regret is that I was in such a rush; I saw the pool but didn't have time to actually take a dip and enjoy it. 🙏

The hotel stay was quite comfortable, and honestly, for this price, it's an excellent deal – truly great value for money! They have a heated swimming pool 🏊, which is perfect for kids to swim in this season. Manager Fu arranged a room with a fantastic view, which really brightened my mood!

The location is very convenient, close to my client's company, and there's a Grand Harbour Hotel bus stop right outside, making commuting easy. The room has a large desk with good lighting and fast internet, which was perfect for handling emails in the evening. The front desk service was professional, check-out was quick, and they even helped with luggage storage, making everything hassle-free.

Bringing kids along, choosing this hotel was such a smart move! The front desk staff saw we had children and proactively offered kids' slippers and toothbrushes, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room was spacious enough for the kids to move around comfortably. What really stood out was the cleanliness; even the corners were spotless, giving us peace of mind with the little ones. It's also conveniently close to attractions and shopping malls, saving us a lot on taxi fares. Highly recommended for families with children!

Hua Haiyi Hotel has always been my top choice when staying in Shantou, so when I saw a Hua Haiyi in Hainan, I booked this hotel without hesitation. The facilities are a bit old, and the service isn't as good as the Shantou Hua Haiyi, but the location is excellent, close to the pier, and there are plenty of dining options nearby.

I stayed at this hotel for a last-minute business trip before the New Year. I forgot to ask for an invoice when I checked out. Today, I called the hotel, and Manager Xiao Luo handled it via WeChat. The efficiency was super fast! He even reminded me that I left some clothes behind and immediately arranged to have them sent back to me. The service was absolutely amazing!

The hotel's location is great. Although the facilities are a bit old, they are perfectly functional. The hotel service is absolutely outstanding! As soon as we entered, a young man proactively helped us with our luggage. Kaily, who checked us in, was very welcoming, had a lovely smile, and gave us a detailed introduction to the best local restaurants and attractions. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was delicious. Definitely worth another stay.

The hotel environment is pretty good. The room gets plenty of natural light and feels spacious. While the facilities look a bit dated, they are all very clean and tidy. The lobby on the 22nd floor is beautifully designed. There are lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it super easy to grab a meal or buy some fruit. The staff are all very polite and courteous.
