Our stay at the hotel was truly amazing! The highlight was the Ultraman-themed bed, which absolutely delighted the kids. The room even had a small playground inside—perfect for family with little kids. Everything was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It felt like a mini adventure and home all in one. Highly recommended!

Another convenient stay here! I appreciate the helpful service and great location. The concierge even put me in a room I stayed in before. For those who book on Trip, the hotel even brings afternoon snacks. Will be back!

Hotel interior is very special in a nice way, and location quite convenient. But service was not very good. The room was not tided up every day. Breakfast was cold, no coffee and often no eggs. I told that I would like to have a cup of coffee every morning, and they did, but (although I was the only foreigner) I needed to ask every day again and wait for a long time. In the room also only tea, no coffee, although Hainan is a big coffee producer.
