Everything was so bad. I was given a room on the second floor. When I entered the room, the balcony door was open and the room was full of mosquitoes. After taking a shower, I found that there was no screen on the balcony and the sanitary conditions were also very poor. There were no disposable slippers.

The service was very poor. We were staying in another building and the front desk gave us directions. There was no one to guide us. It was so hot that we ended up in the wrong building. When we came back from the concert in the evening, the room card could not be opened. The front desk asked us to go to the front desk to change the card. It was not until we lost our temper that we asked someone to open the door. Taking advantage of the concert price increase, the check-in experience was poor.
