The hotel has good location not far from the train station. The only issue was the girl that works there at night. She was not friendly and seemed unhappy.
In the other hand, the girl that was doing checkout was friendly so check out was better.

Poor soundproofing, whether it's the corridor or the bathroom.
Corridors, elevators, a smell of smoke.
