首先説下優點： ①房子裝修和傢俱都很不錯，空調製冷效果很好，住起來很舒服。 ②距離海邊比較近，十塊錢車程。 ③周邊人不多，我喜歡安靜的地方。 ④性價比比較高，淡季兩百就能住一晚。 缺點：有兩大明顯缺點：①服務特別噁心，在預訂後民宿管家不會主動聯繫你，要你去找他才會給你發相關訊息;我訂了兩夜，第一夜出去玩了，凌晨快一點回來，結果民宿密碼變了，進不去房門，這麼低級的錯誤也能犯？第二夜我也訂了還進不去了？；民宿關鍵粗心至極，態度也很不好，跟我説12點退房 我明確指出訂單上是下午2點退房他才説“哦？那就按照平台的規定吧”。 ②其次衞生有點差，我第一次見到那麼大的蟑螂，給我嚇了一大跳，還買了蟑螂葯。而且被子黃黃的有污漬不乾淨 ③位置有利有弊，如果想去市區玩，比較不方便，如果想去海邊，很近，看自己。

環境好，衞生乾淨。風景不錯!

這次一個多月的旅行中最差的住宿體驗。訂好的1.8米大床➕1.2米單人床，進屋一看是兩張1.5米的床，讓我們選床型卻提供不了是為什麼？關鍵還衹有一個比床寬不了多少的單人被！室內16度，單冷空調卻配個冷暖空調的遙控器，我們等了倆小時也不見暖風。電磁爐沒有電，找了總開關，一推就斷電！最最關鍵的是出現這些問題後的態度：1.我們滿房沒有同等房間可以換2.現在沒有人服務，給不了被子。 3.兩小時後解決不了任何問題，告訴我們不滿意你可以退房，房間裏面要是你進去時候的樣子。一切都是你們合適才行，沒有一點歉意和服務意識。攜程出面調解還態度強硬。我想問，訂單裏説好的設施卻床型不對、空調沒有，電磁爐是擺設是我們造成的？趕快遠離這種不良商家，不要看什麼雲端海景這樣的噱頭，沒有基礎設施這些都沒有意義！

比想象的大，住着很舒服。位置其實很好，高層視線也超級棒，但是我住趕上大霧陰天雨天，衹有一天晴天。圖片黑的地方就是海峽，這是剛剛起霧時拍的。

環境很好，周邊設施很齊全，下次還會選擇住這裏吃東西，也很方便，喝咖啡也很方便！衞生乾淨房間很舒服！
