超級性價比的酒店，位置很好找，關鍵是各方面都不錯，酒店離騎樓老街也就十幾分鍾車程，附近離商場逛街的地方也方便，酒店前台小姐姐服務態度超好，我幫家人訂的酒店過來海口玩幾天，我還特意提前打電話過去問能不能幫忙留個好點方向的房間，前台小姐姐態度特別特別好的，幫我安排好了房間，出門在外有人照顧的感覺太好了，我覺得現在很多酒店價格和房間都差不多，但是服務是我很看中的，住酒店我還是經常住七天連鎖酒店，畢竟住習慣了也是老顧客了，價格實惠還是比較推薦的，滿意的

這家酒店的服務非常出色，工作人員非常友好和樂
於助人，總是盡力滿足客人的需求。房間乾淨舒適，設施齊全。酒店的位置也很方便，附近望海國際廣場，離日月廣場也不是很遠，附近的景點是鐘樓騎樓老街，酒店的設施齊全，房間透氣明亮，床鋪舒適。酒店的工作人員非常專業，總是微笑着迎接客人，下次有機會一定會再次選擇這家酒店，房間的清潔度也非常好。酒店的位置很好，靠近景點和交通便利。

推卸責任，我説有蟑螂！他説你在屋裡吃東西了吧！
首先我衹定了一個外賣吃完拿出去了。是你們賓館本身就遍地蟑螂！沒衞生也沒格局。
給店長打電話調房，換了個大點的，説明天你續住還得回去！你給顧客添多少麻煩！蟑螂惡不噁心！誰稀罕你大三五平的房間！

經濟型酒店還可以，便宜方便，我是臨時定的一晚，不能跟星級酒店相比，
隔音效果不太好 隔壁帶孩子12點吵吵鬧鬧導致沒睡好。

因為入住酒店比較晚，想要到下午2點後才退房，前台服務員態度很好給了延遲退房，退房的時候走的比較急，遺留了一些物品在房間，前台服務員沒多久就給我打電話告知我，感覺很暖心啊！房間空間大，裝修也比較簡單，不過空調和熱水，電視無線網絡都有，需要用到的都有，這個價格我覺得蠻值哦！房間乾淨整潔，還配了一次性杯子和拖鞋，用起來也放心。

環境舒適，房間大小正好合適，熱水淋浴出水很快，讓前台服務員安排了一間光線比較好的房間的，服務態度比較好，整體舒適感比較強。
入住的時候遇到客房阿姨也很有禮貌，還主動詢問有什麼需要可以跟她説，挺好的。

酒店位置好，周邊非常熱鬧，到cdf和老街都比較方便，周邊交通非常方便，靠近京航大廈和福朋大廈，酒店服務好。但是酒店畢竟老了，裝修有點舊了，房間小了點，但是在市中心，也沒有辦法，總體還是可以的。
