Great service it was around everything we needed and a great place to get to the beach and also the room was very perfect and a great price will definitely come back here again

Yumi Apartments is the top choice for business trips, boasting several advantages. Firstly, it's located in the scenic West Coast New Area, directly opposite Yuanda Shopping Mall, offering excellent location and convenient access to restaurants (just across the street). Transportation is also convenient, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The surrounding tourist attractions and scenery are exceptional. Definitely a five-star rating!

I really liked the hotel's location; parking was free and convenient. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the rooms were clean, tidy, and well-equipped. I will definitely book this hotel again next time I'm in Haikou.

The boss is kind, the room is nice, it is convenient to go to the port, and it is very convenient to eat and drink across the building. Parking is free. Excellent, the most satisfactory room for the Spring Festival trip. The only downside is that there is a disco in the square early in the morning.

I'd like to share my most honest stay experience. I arrived at the hotel a little after 1:00 PM and waited about half an hour for room cleaning. When I checked in, the room reeked of sewage and contained trash from the previous guest. The quilt was also yellowed. Thinking the price was a good deal, I turned on the air conditioner and settled in for a while. I ended up sweating profusely and couldn't sleep at all, like I was in a steam room. The hotel offered no solution, saying a service representative would come the next day. I figured I'd just make do with the rest of the night. After the show, I returned to my room to find it swarming with cockroaches, seemingly from nowhere. I reported this to the front desk, but they didn't even offer an apology. I understand Haikou had just experienced a typhoon, so the facilities might be less than usual, but the hotel didn't even bother to apologize. This is my first bad hotel review ever. Anyone coming to a concert should really think twice before choosing this hotel.

The room is spacious and comfortable. It is very convenient to go to Yuanda Square across the building.
