The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful. Hotel is surrounded by restaurants and there is a supermarket nearby which is very very convenient. On the note of cleanliness, the hotel is generally clean but do ensure that the windows are properly closed as you might let in “unwanted guests” .

Modern Hotel clear and neat front desk staffs polite and nice, Just outside hotel many foods to eat and within 5 mins walk there is a shopping complex with big supper market. Only a problem that there us no taxi outside hotel and need to walk about 5 mins to wait for taxi.

Cozy place to stay. Very near can walk to Wushan night market. Short distance to clothing wholesale market public bus no. 42 and 96 opposite hotel. Hotel reception very good service and friendly. Definitely come back again next time to Hangzhou.

Great location and this hotel are equipped with some AI control panel for it's air-cond and lighting system. Too bad one needs to pronounce Mandarin correctly to ensure its functionality.

You can find this hotel tucked away amongst residential apartments, convenience stores and local eateries (which are opened until late). Malls and western restaurants is a short ride away (+-5kms) via DiDi. The room is outrageously big, clean and pretty modern. The shower is powerful, effective and extremely hot - my room highlight. The customer service was superb and they accommodated my change in travel plans towards the end of my stay. I would recommend this hotel if you want to live amongst the local people, looking for something affordable and wanting a spacious room.

This hotel is really great. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the warm atmosphere made me feel at home. The room is spacious and bright, the layout is both elegant and practical, and the bed is soft and comfortable. It makes people sleep well at night. The most important thing is that the hotel service staff are very good and enthusiastic. I highly recommend it.

The hotel's security guard was really stupid. He couldn't find the license plate of the car in front of him after scanning for a long time. He didn't know how to use the remote control to open the door for him, nor did he know how to command him to reverse. He forced me to reverse to the side of the road. I left such a big space in front of me, but the security guard didn't know how to command. He just asked me to reverse. I said I would be photographed immediately if I reversed, but he insisted that no, no. In the end, I was photographed just because the security guard asked me to reverse. The hotel is okay. This bad review is only for this security guard.
