This was my second stay at the hotel, and I was just as impressed. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the front desk staff were incredibly polite, always greeting us warmly. The unique 'nine-compartment' breakfast was a true highlight. We even received a complimentary room upgrade from the front desk, and the room was perfect for taking photos! The hotel's location is also incredibly convenient for exploring. There's no need to venture far for late-night snacks, as there are plenty of delicious food options just a short walk away. The biggest bonus is its proximity to attractions like Qilou Old Street, Haida South Gate Night Market, and Dongpo Old Pier – all are incredibly close and easy to reach! Overall, the hotel is excellent, and I'll definitely be returning!

The room's cleanliness was far from satisfactory. I found two cigarette butts in the bathroom, and the sink had black marks. The in-room phone to the front desk was out of order, and the smart voice-controlled curtains didn't work, requiring manual operation. The bedding also seemed unhygienic; after my stay, my neck became itchy, as if I'd been bitten by insects. The only redeeming quality was the pleasant attitude of the front desk staff.

The transportation is incredibly convenient. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and a 24-hour convenience store on the ground floor. Plus, with late-night supper spots and BBQ joints nearby, you don't have to go far if you're craving a midnight snack. When we checked out, the front desk even helped us call a taxi, and the bellhop proactively loaded our suitcases into the car. The entire process was seamless and hassle-free. We were relocated to winderson hotel as in the hotel mentioned there was no breakfast (we booked rooms with a meal) and the lift was out of order...winders son hotel (same chain) is perfectly located in the centre of haiku, rooms are nice and spacious.

I really like this place, it has smart features, turn on Air conditioning using voice command, TV on/off, volume, lights, curtains etc. ( first experience ), it 3 STARS hotel with 5 STARS technology.
the toilet seat is warm ( first experience ). breakfast is average but reasonable considering the price.
if you prefer some hot soup noodle or rice, walk 300-400m down the road, quite easy to find.
The location is so convenient, there are many buses to take, can go Qi Lou Old Street at RM1, and Night street market, most buses only RM1.
Love this hotel, with so many shops and nice places surrounding it

The hotel amenities are great. Except for the sink that was leaking on the floor when I washed my hands. I had to wash my hands in the bathroom. 😂
The rooms are spacious and full of light.
The location isn't so bad, traffic can be a bummer but all in all it's manageable.
It is worth what you pay for tbh. Even more if I dare say.
I was surprised that the price was so cheap yet the place was so nice. Really mind-blowing stuff.
All in all, a solid 4/5.
If they fix the sink, I'll come back and give them a 5.😂
