Originally booked Fanghua Xiaoyuan, there is no twin bed, I booked a duplex bed room. The proprietress saw that our child was a teenager and took the initiative to help us adjust to another sea flower twin room in her home for free (the price is higher). Both stores are unique (we went to the Fanghua Garden the next morning), especially the small ornaments in the room, which are exquisite, the room is very new, large and elegant, very old in this movie commune cup atmosphere. It is worth mentioning that the shower and shampoo are very silky, we do not need to use their own hair conditioner, the hair is quite elegant after washing, people's mood has become particularly good. A night and half day of play to the three streets are well-savoured, this is the best way to open the way to travel.

The hotel is next to the South Bus Station. The location is superior and the transportation is convenient. There is a bus stop a few hundred meters away. The hotel has complete facilities, clean and tidy rooms, and a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff are very good, proactive and enthusiastic

There was a miscommunication between the front desk and the breakfast counter. Was told that they have given complimentary breakfast ( I dint ask for for it) during check in. When I headed to the breakfast was informed that I need to pay for it... Head straight to the airport for my breakfast instead... When boarding the cab, the bellhop were chatting among themselves. Only when my luggage was in the trunk of the cab they came over to offer their help... Personally I wouldn't recommend haikou hilton due to the uncoordinated communications and the service levels.

Nicely located on the beach trail, the city sites are easily accessible by rental bikes, which can be found nearby. The bay view was splendid, worth the visit itself. Although somewhat isolated from restaurants, good dining is minutes away by taxi or bike. An on-site convenience store and local market provide basic needs, such as food and beverages. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, with abundant choices of Chinese items, eggs and breakfast meats, and cold cerel. Pastry selection was minimal. The only coffee available is the espresso machine, which was broken one morning, leaving me in a semi-conscious stupor for most of the day. The coffee shop nearby opens at 10:30, which seems to defeat the purpose of coffee. The gym was well equipped but not air conditioned. The pool was nice, but as is common in China, had insufficient chlorine to prevent the growth of green and slippery stuff in places; don't swallow this water. The 15 CNY pool fee was fair. Overall, an outstanding stay for the price.

The rooms are spacious and clean, most important the beds are good size and quite comfortable. There is a pool next door with hot tub (natural) which was nice and enjoyable. We had a three stay as we were visiting family in Haikou, I can recommend the hotel.

Came here with friends for CNY. The hotel itself was nice and clean and the room was really spacious. The bathtub really sold this room for me. Simply amazing. The beach is right across the street which can be a big plus but unfortunately, the weather was not the best so I didn't visit at all. The downside of this location is its a bit away from bars and restaurants nothing is walking distance. The staff was really nice and two people were able to assist in English. I forgot the names but they were super helpful.

Huge hotel, rooms are big and nice. Food in restaurants good quality and seems reasonable. Staff are super nice, in all areas. Our special compliments to Heidy Hon ( 韓燕琴) who worked at the front reception-was polite, patient and more than willing to help. We were totally impressed with her good service They do need some staff with knowledge of English. The Hot Springs are clean and quiet but it needs more lighting at night. .

The hotel in general is fantastic but my bedroom had little insects and I got bitten or stung by something at midnight. The food was amazing specially the breakfast, quite international and tasty. The hotel had a variety of amenities but many of them are extra paid which is something you're not expecting when you book a 5 start hotel. In any case great for a weekend getaway.
