Yuxi is really a treasure B&B hidden in a fishing village. It has a first-class sea view. The room is also very large. The hair dryer is equipped with a Dyson. The breakfast is okay. The boss is also very good at making coffee. My son and I basically have a cup of Australian coffee every day. White and American. The housekeeper responded promptly when I had questions, and overall I was very satisfied. At the same time, in order to make the B&B better and more professional, I also share my objective feelings after staying there for four days and the areas that I think need improvement: 1. The water temperature and volume in the shower room are not stable. It went cold, hot, big and small several times. 2. The sink design of the washstand is a bit failed. If the faucet is turned up slightly, water will splash everywhere. 3. The cleaning lady's service awareness is very weak, which is really different from the hotel. Let me describe it in detail with an example: On the first day we arrived in the room, the child accidentally knocked over a coconut and the coconut juice flowed all over the floor. At that time, an aunt happened to be cleaning the room next door, so I asked her to come over and take care of it. She came in. After a quick look, she took the rag in her hand and ****** up the coconut juice before leaving. I totally thought it was because the rag was soaked, so she went to the toilet to wring it out and then came back to continue wiping it, but she didn't see her after waiting for a while. She came back, but the ground was still very wet, and she almost slipped when she stepped on the cloth slippers in the room. So I sent a message to the housekeeper on WeChat and asked my aunt to come and mop the floor. Soon a young girl came and knocked on the door with her aunt. As soon as they came in, I didn’t pay attention to whether the aunt was the same person, so I took them directly to the wetland in the room. Who Auntie Zhi's first sentence was, ”It's not because of us that it got wet.” I was surprised that a person in the hotel service industry would say this. To be honest, the experience was not good. After all, I knew it from the beginning to the end. It was said that the child accidentally knocked over the coconut, please take care of it, so such words are really uncomfortable. It is suggested that this aspect can be improved later. If I have the chance to come back, I will still choose Yuxi. I hope you will do better and better.

There was a miscommunication between the front desk and the breakfast counter. Was told that they have given complimentary breakfast ( I dint ask for for it) during check in. When I headed to the breakfast was informed that I need to pay for it... Head straight to the airport for my breakfast instead... When boarding the cab, the bellhop were chatting among themselves. Only when my luggage was in the trunk of the cab they came over to offer their help... Personally I wouldn't recommend haikou hilton due to the uncoordinated communications and the service levels.

Hotel in good location and near mall. A lot if food and shopping. When check in to 1 of the room, smell of smoke a d ask the reception to change room. They are prompt to response and special thanks to trainee, Xiao Han, she lead me to another room on higher floor with a purify inside the room and make sure I'm OK then she leave and said anything can call her again. Appreciated.

Special thanks to the manager named Steven whom I met in the lobby. I came to watch the New Year's Eve concert. Steven was very patient in helping me with transportation. The hotel staff were very polite, including the breakfast room and the staff who delivered meals to the room. They are all very welcoming and nice. The important thing is that it is very quiet at night, which is very friendly to people like me who are picky about sleep. But there is one thing: when I checked in, I asked the lady at the front desk what rights and interests I had, and she said there were none. When I made the reservation, I saw that there was a golf experience. Although I didn’t come here for this, but! It’s a fly in the ointment!
