I like this hotel very much, so I stayed for another day after changing the flight. Miss Butler Zihong is very good at work. 👍🏻 The service is very good. We consider it for us. I like Hongyantang and like her 🥰. The hotel is very close to the sea. Enjoy the sunrise on the balcony of the room. Enjoy the sunset by the sea. If you want to have more time to see the mysterious sea blowing the sea breeze, you can choose this hotel. From lobby service to room service, we feel very comfortable ～ Thank you for your hospitality. I will come to Hongyantang next time I come to Haikou.

The hotel is in a good location and it is very convenient to go out. The sanitary conditions are good, and the cleaning service of the hotel front desk and floor is very good. There was a miscommunication between the front desk and the breakfast counter. Was told that they have given complimentary breakfast ( I dint ask for for it) during check in. When I headed to the breakfast was informed that I need to pay for it... Head straight to the airport for my breakfast instead... When boarding the cab, the bellhop were chatting among themselves. Only when my luggage was in the trunk of the cab they came over to offer their help... Personally I wouldn't recommend haikou hilton due to the uncoordinated communications and the service levels.

Special thanks to the manager named Steven whom I met in the lobby. I came to watch the New Year's Eve concert. Steven was very patient in helping me with transportation. The hotel staff were very polite, including the breakfast room and the staff who delivered meals to the room. They are all very welcoming and nice. The important thing is that it is very quiet at night, which is very friendly to people like me who are picky about sleep. But there is one thing: when I checked in, I asked the lady at the front desk what rights and interests I had, and she said there were none. When I made the reservation, I saw that there was a golf experience. Although I didn’t come here for this, but! It’s a fly in the ointment!

The hotel in general is fantastic but my bedroom had little insects and I got bitten or stung by something at midnight. The food was amazing specially the breakfast, quite international and tasty. The hotel had a variety of amenities but many of them are extra paid which is something you're not expecting when you book a 5 start hotel. In any case great for a weekend getaway.
