Spacious clean double floor room for 3 guests, with excellent front desk service, namely Zhao Chungong, Ms Li and Ms Liu Yang, They even full heartedly assisted us to book a transport Rmb 800 business car, reached safely to snow valley.
We also requested to book for us transport from snow valley Rmb1100 for business car, arranged by sub transport provider.
To our disappointment, driver came with standard size car where we felt uncomfortable space and with his service as follows:
1) car requested not as per agreement / not business car
2) time fetch not as per agreement / fetch us too early at 8.30pm, departed at 9.30pm
3) reason given as road be not smoothly
4) upon reaching railway station at 12.30am, was closed,
without explaination just brought us our luggage, despite the cold weather.
5) did not fetch us from hotel nearby as promised, at Yabuli area
6) wrong information about duration hours from snow valley to Yabuli West railway station, 5-6 hours, actually is 2.5hrs to 3hrs
