欺騙我們在雪鄉景區內，結果距離雪鄉20多公里，發現後還不給退房。到房間傻眼，實圖和宣傳照片嚴重不符，5個人房間和3個人房間大小一下，就是多了2床臭被子。被傷到了，哈爾濱的熱情就是看到南方小土豆用菜刀砍。價格貴，住宿環境簡直就是垃圾床，被子是臭的，發黃的，房間是臭的，被子是濕的，窗台還有好多小蟲子。下午4點要求退房商家不給退，強迫我們過來，一來看到房間傻眼。強烈推薦不要來，不來住臭房間，臭被子。騙子！！！

點了餐吃的挺滿意的價格合理，旅館挺大環境好乾乾淨凈，周邊玩了冰雪樂園好玩，還去了邊上的雪鄉原始林風景區上千年齡大樹原始大雪風景美極了挺開心的，值得推薦

老闆娘人超級好，安排司機過來接人，賓館距離雪鄉半小時車程，住宿條件很好，早上有早餐吃，門口也有車往牡丹江站去非常方便
