Although I upgraded to a suite, the overall experience was very bad. First of all, because the hotel is located in the Yanguan Chaoguan Scenic Area, the hotel staff did not clearly inform us. As a result, it took nearly 20 minutes to find the hotel. What I especially want to complain about is that the parking lot is about ten minutes' walk from the hotel. As a result, we could only walk there with our heavy luggage, and there was no staff to pick us up. Although the hotel is listed as a four-star hotel, both the facilities in the room and the breakfast are extremely poor. There is not much breakfast and the air conditioning is not turned on. When I asked the staff there, they falsely said that it was turned on and it was too hot. We did, and the experience was very poor. Such services and facilities are not as good as a two-star hotel. I am really speechless. This is the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. It is not proportional to the high room cost. There is no worst, only worse.

The room facilities are rudimentary, the bathroom seals fall off from time to time, and the breakfast is very basic! This is the scariest Kaiyuan hotel I have ever stayed in. It is not a hotel, but an ordinary B&B for two to three hundred and one nights at most.

The third floor has the best view of the tide. But the river embankment is very close in front of the hotel. Hotel meals are set meals. Three dishes and one soup are enough for two people. The water products of the aunts are still good. If you don’t eat or eat in the hotel, you can bring your room card out of the scenic area. There are also many restaurants in front of the scenic area. supermarket. There is nothing to eat in the scenic area. Remember to bring more snacks when you come in😂. I think the breakfast is good. I have everything I should have. Impossible to compare with hotels in the city. There is fruit in check-in. It is quite interesting that there are not many people walking around in the scenic area.
