Lovely hotel with beautiful plants and flowers, breakfast was great and bedroom & bathroom were clean. The only problem I faced was renovation taking place during my stay and the paint smell was very strong. Front desk staff were very polite and helpful, and made sure they tried their best to help you. I want to compliment their top notch service.

The hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are clean, the food quality is good, and the price is reasonable. I will stay here again next time and will recommend this hotel to my relatives and friends.

The hotel was good overall, but it was not soundproof. I could hear the chairs being dragged upstairs too much. The housekeepers were also very noisy, talking and using carts... I paid extra money to extend the check-out time, but it was very disappointing.

It was a clean hotel. The location was good, and the bathroom was especially spacious for a room of the same class. In addition, the hotel was recently renovated, so many young people from Hai Phong came to take Instagram photos. The meals were not buffet style, but menu-based, so please note. The staff were friendly and neatly dressed, but foreign language communication was not smooth.

Due to changes in my itinerary, I temporarily arrived at Paul Chabot Hotel at about 10 a.m. the night before check-in (booking on March 15th) the next day (March 16). The front desk informed me that check-in would normally be at 2 p.m. But seeing that we had arrived, they arranged for us to check in early. The hotel is very clean and unique inside and outside. We originally booked a regular twin room for two nights, but after seeing that the environment was very elegant, we decided to stay in a room with a street view and a terrace for the second night. The room with terrace is very cost-effective, we like it very much😊 We would like to express our gratitude to the two staff at the front desk for their help in arranging our check-in and booking a taxi to the airport at 5:30 in the morning. They also arranged for us to take away breakfast to enjoy in the car. A very loving and considerate hotel😊

The staff are warm and friendly, but my cousin said that I can see the situation inside through the crack in the door, and I hope it can be improved.
