The rooms were spotless, with modern furnishings and all amenities in perfect working order—no creaky beds or flickering lights here! The common areas, from the lobby to the elevators, sparkled with cleanliness, and the landscaping outside was pristine, creating a welcoming atmosphere. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the staff. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and quick to assist with any request, whether it was extra towels or local dining recommendations. The front desk team greeted me with genuine warmth, and housekeeping went above and beyond to ensure comfort. Even the maintenance crew was prompt and discreet, keeping everything in top shape without disrupting guests. The breakfast buffet was fresh and varied, adding to the overall delightful stay. Nice hotel in the center. But a little old.

Overall, it was a great stay of 3 nights. The staff were attentive to our requests. Rooms very clean and spacious. Breakfast spread was adequate and well presented. Amenities around hotel are plenty. Everything is within walking distance. Definitely returning.

It's an established star-rated hotel; the facilities are a bit old, but the rooms are very clean. We originally booked a double room, but they gave us a room with two single beds, even though it was just the two of us. The breakfast was quite nice. When we went out to the supermarket and took a taxi back, the hotel security guard even helped us carry the fruit and snacks back to our room. Most hotels in Vietnam have high steps leading up to the lobby.
