前台冷冰冰，像是求他入住一樣，我不知道欠他多少錢，房間很冷，床挺硬，衞生間坐便圈很涼，台案上沒有清潔，我們自己用紙擦乾淨的粘糊糊的東西，這輩子不會住在這裏了！

酒店位置不錯，樓下附近吃食眾多。總枱服務態度上不錯，房間很大，乾淨衞生，停車場很大，停車上非常方便。

我不是想給誰找麻煩，衹能怪我抱着佔便宜的心態定了個高大上的特價房。我住的那晚斷網，客服電話都打不通的那種，主要是他們認為這種情況似乎理所應當，因為他們給我的理由之一竟然是，我定的是特價房，他們沒有一點不好意思的意思，而且早上用淋浴房的時候地面有用過的洗髮沐浴盒，所以沒預算定全價房的別在網上定這個，要不然不送網不送打掃，希望你們酒店別難為任何基層人，希望網友也別因為這個評論影響自己的判斷，可以看看有錢人的，他們可能對長鑫酒店有更客觀的理解，畢竟我不是常住這麼好的酒店的（這是實話，我確實定不起全價的）
