My family stayed here, and the staff reached out in advance to ask about their check-in needs. They found out my family was bringing a child and thoughtfully helped arrange a bed rail. The room also had toiletries for kids, and the hot spring center was very relaxing. After checking out, they even received a small gift. My friends were very happy, and the overall experience was good. I'll definitely visit next time!

Very good experience. I have heard that Senbo Family Resort Hotel is great. My colleagues have recommended it to me many times (my colleagues went to Moganshan and Hangzhou branches). This time, Ctrip happened to have a special offer and I stocked up on coupons and went to check it out! The drive from Shanghai is about 100 kilometers. We took the Shanghai-Kunming Expressway, where there was a section of road that was under a lot of maintenance (three lanes became two lanes), so it was a bit easier to drive past it. If you are driving there, it is best to make travel arrangements in advance. The geographical location here has mountain, sea and lake scenery. The holiday car is relatively hidden. We drove very deep inside to see the true face of Mount Lu. It turned out to be hidden in the mountain. There are plenty of parking spaces in the underground garage. We arrived on Saturday and there were quite a lot of guests checking in at the hotel. The rooms are divided into odd and even numbers, but the front desk didn't tell us, so we asked two service staff members before we finally found a room. (The room number is 8***, we thought it was on the 8th floor, but 8 is just a number. If the last digit of the room is an odd or even number, it is on the east and west sides respectively). I will deduct points for this. We stayed in a twin room in the west wing without a terrace. The windows could be opened (for good ventilation) and it faced the mountain. The mountain was also very clean, with green trees, tea trees, shrubs and so on (because there was garbage on a lot of the mountains). The sanitary ware, bathroom and bedding were also very high-end and comfortable. It's really rare for me to stay in a hotel without a headache (I'm too familiar with my pillow at home), but I basically slept soundly during my two visits here. The hotel offers many entertainment activities, such as musical fountains, bonfire parties and some hosted activities in the evening. We didn't experience them due to our own schedule, but we still had a lot of fun. The catering is also good, but the quality of the food can be improved. Finally, the experience was good, and I will bring my family back if I have the chance.
