Nice Stay at the Heyuan Hotel I had a good experience at the Heyuan Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet—perfect for relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Access to the hotel was just okay; it’s a bit out of the way, but manageable with a taxi. Overall, a peaceful and decent place to stay.

房間衞生很差，馬桶上還有毛，床單上有臟，聯繫了前台進行溝通，前台説給換房，換了之後還是有臟的地方，酒店沒有其他的空房了，前台説讓阿姨來打掃一下，阿姨進門後態度很差，聲音很大，説哪裡有臟，指給他看，態度還是很強硬，後來我們聯繫了前台來協商，前台態度很好，客房服務員從頭到尾態度都不好，床單被套拿掉之後，裏面的芯子也很臟，衹拍了部分照片，供參考。本來衞生問題好好溝通就行了，客房服務員一來態度極其強硬，這個差評給酒店和管理衞生的人員。前台的態度一直都很好。

老破小，房間很差勁！尤其是早飯我得提一下，真的是無語了，沒見過這麼寒酸的酒店早飯，附近也沒啥商場啥的，衹有路邊的小店，晚飯就衹能隨便對付一口！還有最讓我吐槽的就是發票，死活不給我開專票，還説什麼開專票找攜程，但是訂單明明寫着開發票找酒店啊！真的是踢皮球！投訴12345，最後轉税務局，也是各種託辭，沒想到這個地方的政務啥的這麼差！我發誓下次去嘉興絕對不住這家！住的話我是狗！
