Wonderful sea view from rooms, hospitable service, great spring Evening is perfect except the dinner is a little overpriced. Don’t think it’s up to a Michelin one star standard any more.

Authentic Japanese style hotel that own a hot spring underneath the property. The hotel provides public bath, but private baths are also available for reservation. Breakfast comes in a a personal set and is delicious. The room facing the beach front view hearing sound of the ocean is serene and peaceful. Staff are all friendly and professional.

The service was very good, and the suitcases were wiped very clean. Someone was assigned to change shoes when you entered the door. There were snacks and matcha when you checked in. The hotel has a nostalgic style. You can make an appointment for a private bath for 45 minutes, and the public bath is unlimited. The room is very large, with windows facing the sea, and you can take some snacks to feed the seagulls.

The hotel is beautiful and the service is very good. However, the food is not as delicious as expected. It is still good to experience it. There is not much to sell in the store and room service. However, there is a 711 next to it, which is very convenient for shopping. You can watch the sea while taking a bath. It is very comfortable.

I saw this hotel on Ctrip. The hotel is composed of an old wooden house and a new building. The interior is decorated in traditional Japanese style, clean and delicate. The names of the rooms are the names of trees and flowers, and the corresponding room doors have different wooden sliding doors. The sliding doors are beautiful. The hotel has public hot springs and many private hot spring rooms that can be booked. They are private and quiet. The first time is free, and there is a fee for rebooking. After we used the private hot spring and returned to the room, the clerk actually knocked on the door and sent back a small hairband we left in the private hot spring room. A quality hotel worth recommending!

I took advantage of the holiday to travel to Hokkaido with my friends. I flew from Tokyo to Hakodate. After leaving Hakodate Airport, I took a taxi and arrived at the hotel in less than ten minutes. The location is very good. Before the car entered the small courtyard of the hotel, several staff members came out to greet us and helped to pull the luggage into the small house on the side (after checking in, I found that they had helped us clean the two large boxes from beginning to end, even the wheels were clean, and neatly put them in the room). When checking in, the hotel staff was super attentive. They would prepare a cup of matcha and snacks for each person (very delicious, I bought a box when checking out), and would ask about the time to reserve the private soup, dinner and breakfast. After explaining everything, they took us upstairs. As soon as we opened the door, my friend and I said wow in unison, because it was so beautiful. The 60-square-meter tatami Japanese-style room has a very beautiful Tsugaru Strait outside the super-large window. After the staff explained all the precautions in the room, it was our own time! I took a lot of photos outside the window for an hour. If the weather is good, you can see the mountains of Aomori Prefecture across the sea. The hot springs are very clean and private. The dinner and breakfast are very exquisite. Most of the meals are acceptable to Chinese people. The hotel can use Alipay for settlement, which is very friendly. Hakodate is my favorite city on this trip. I will definitely go there again and stay in this hotel again!

Very satisfied. The most expensive hotel ever. It was the first time I received the traditional Japanese kneeling service. I was not used to it. The key point is that half of the staff are elderly, at least in their 50s. But their work quality is very high. I recommend their private snacks, which are delicious. The hot springs are also very good. You can make a free reservation for a private bath, or go to the public bath for free. When I went to the public bath, there was no one there, haha, I enjoyed the happiness of the private bath. I had breakfast and dinner at their house. The dazzling plates and dishes are very Japanese style. However, for my Chinese stomach, I am still not used to it. If you haven't tried it, you can try it.

The best meal I had in this Hokkaido trip to the hot spring hotel. The hotel service is good, with welcome tea and help with luggage. The hotel can make reservations for private hot springs. Nice hotel
