Booking this hotel was a real hassle. I got sick right after booking and wanted to cancel, but after negotiating with Ctrip for several days and providing proof of medical treatment, they still wouldn't give me a refund! In the end, I had no choice but to stay. The hotel is at a crossroads, four tram stops from the JR station followed by a 400-meter walk. For a small city like Hakodate, this is quite inconvenient. It's close to the Kanemori red brick factory, but it would have been better to stay near the JR station, as food and convenience stores are much more convenient there! When I arrived at the hotel, I felt uncomfortable. It only has 10 rooms, and although it showed as fully booked that day, it didn't feel like anyone was staying there. The whole place was unusually quiet. The rooms had windows everywhere, so the sunlight was okay during the day, but it was freezing cold at night. I wanted to leave as soon as I entered the hotel, and once I left, I really didn't want to go back. My whole body felt repulsed. I didn't think much of it at the time, but when I went to sleep that night, I realized the hotel was unclean! There was something there!!! We originally booked a 3-day stay, but something went wrong on the first night. The next morning, I grabbed my husband and we left. We didn't stay at the hotel for the next two days and switched hotels! Beware! Beware! Beware!

Far from the station, but close to the attractions, the food is average, everything else is OK

This was my first time staying here. Although check-in was late, at around 9pm, they handled it with a smile. However, it was a shame that I missed out on the alcoholic drink service in the lobby. The room was spacious and very convenient. The bed was wide enough that I, who am 156cm tall, could sleep sideways without any problems. As for breakfast, the main dish was a colorful salad. The corn soup had a strong corn flavour at first bite and was delicious, but the portion was quite large and it felt a bit heavy towards the end. The bread was very tasty. This hotel is recommended not only for sightseeing, but also for relaxing alone.

I checked into the hotel again after the epidemic. The front desk service was very polite and welcoming. The hotel is located on T-shaped street. It is very close to Mount Hakodate, the church group and Hakodate Port. The room layout is reasonable and has various hand-brewed coffees and CD players. It is also suitable for daze. I have the impression that I stayed here for the third time.

酒店位置很好，房間裏設施齊全。唯一遺憾沒有大澡堂，來日本旅遊衹喜歡公共澡堂泡澡，房間裏的浴室不想用了哈哈。

We stayed for 5 days and had room (suite) 502. We enjoyed every aspect of this lovely hotel, for example each morning we had a different breakfast, beautifully prepared and more than enough. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice view at the mountain. Good supermarkt (Co-op) nearby.
