Great experience! From the receptionist in the parking lot to the front desk and lounge are first class As soon as I entered the wooden house, I smelled a faint woody fragrance, and my whole person suddenly relaxed a lot. You have to take off your shoes when you enter the hotel, and the front desk will take care of them, so you directly step on the tatami with your feet, soft and comfortable. The room is very large, there are three doors from the main door of the room to the position of the bed, so the room is very quiet. The bed is very large, moderately soft and hard. There is free water, beer and juice in the small refrigerator. The electric kettle has hot water that has already been heated, and there is also a pot of room temperature water to drink next to it The room is heated and air-conditioned at the same time In addition to shampoo and other products, there are also toners, makeup lotions, and lotions that can be used. There are also hair loops for long hair. The whole arrangement is very careful. The view of the room is first-rate, and soaking in a daze in the open-air hot spring is a first-class enjoyment. Dinner and breakfast are in the restaurant on the second floor. Arrange a time with the waiter to go to the first floor and they will show you where to eat. Dining is in a semi-private room with tatami mats, and no other guests will be seen. The waiter for both meals is the same person, needless to say, polite, with a bright smile, very hard to explain the dishes in simple English. It is suitable for people who like to be quiet, slow, and [not to see people]!

1. The location is considered to be the innermost in Hakone, and the mountain tram has been suspended recently, and the cable car to Togendai will also stop after 4:15 in winter. Basically, you can only go directly from Hakone Yumoto by TAXI. The fare is about 6,200 yen. 2. The reception and service of the hotel itself are impressive. There are even female players who specialize in serving Taiwan and Chinese guests. The rooms and hotel environment are impressive. The ancient style has a strong artistic style, which is very amazing 3. The waiter introduced the hotel and learned that the predecessor of this hotel group was mainly French catering. It has only been involved in hotel operations in recent years, but the conditions of the hotel are indeed impressive and highly recommended 4. I don't know if it is because of the evening It is related to the morning, and there is no view at night. In the morning, because of the heavy fog, I did not see the expected view of Mount Fuji. It is better to take a bath directly in the room. 5. The meal at this hotel is highly recommended, regardless of whether it is dinner or breakfast. I was very impressed. In the same week, I only used Michelin-starred ingredients in Roppongi, Tokyo, but my girlfriend and I felt that the restaurant's cuisine is better than Tokyo's one-star level, and the price is very satisfying. (Taiwan, China, Britain, the United States, France, Japan, Vietnam have visited many French restaurants), but the level of dining at this hotel is definitely worthy of praise and expectations. If I go to Hakone again, I will definitely return Stay one night at this hotel

Hakone Gora Onsen Hotel Kasansui

Gora/Sengokuhara Hakone|1.5km from Hakone Ropeway
I stayed with my wife. Although the response of the employees, including foreigners, was good, the following points were severely evaluated.・The taste of the dish is not bad. However, it was a format that lined up the finished product a while ago and warmed up the pork shabu in front of me. The quantity is small. When I informed my wife in advance that she couldn't eat pickles, she just didn't have pickles. Usually, tsukudani is served as an alternative.・The room is large, but the toilet, washbasin, and bath are small units that seem to have been installed later. Because it was a room next to the large public bath, is it sulfur? The smell was terrible and the room was hot and annoying. The air conditioner was not working well, and even if I turned it to silent, the wind noise was loud, and I woke up frequently in the middle of the night. There was a thin mattress on the tatami bed, but it felt like it was sticking to the bottom and was hard. In the morning, my legs were itchy, so when I looked, I saw a big ant.・Someone left the window of the bathroom slightly open, so there were various insects (big gadfly, golden bug, moth, etc.), and I couldn't take a relaxing bath as I'm not good at insects. I did. It's an old building, but it was a shame because the quality of the hot springs was good. I think changing the lighting to LED will improve the situation.・I think that the facilities are behind, such as the WiFi can only be used in the guest room on the 2nd floor. There are also good points, such as having a table tennis room. If it says that it is suitable for the price, it may be so. However, there are plenty of affordable and comfortable lodging options. It's a shame because the hot springs were so good.

Service: There are two Chinese clerks who can speak Chinese, and the service attitude is very good. There is a pick-up and drop-off service, but it needs to be booked in advance. The pick-up and drop-off range is only to Lake Ashi and the station. Environment: The environment is very good. The Japanese-style room can directly see Lake Ashi, but the way up the mountain is really difficult. If you take the bus, the interval is half an hour. And if you go up by yourself, you need to read the street signs. The road from the bus station to the hotel is If there is no signal, you cannot use navigation. It is more suitable for people who like mountain climbing or adventure. Because it is really high, it is not recommended for those who are afraid of heights to walk by themselves. Hygiene: The living room and room are very clean. There are quilt covers, but you need to pay attention to laying them yourself. If you don't use a quilt cover, you may be charged extra, but after all, it is in the mountains, so there will be some bugs, such as small spiders. Facilities: The hot springs are separated for men and women. There are two pools, both indoors and outdoors. There is no difference. However, if you go outdoors at night, there will be bugs attracted by the lights. There is no bath in the room, it is together with the hot spring, and slippers are required to enter the entrance hall (especially Japanese-style rooms), and there is a beverage machine next to it.

irst of all, the hotel is not situated in one of the mainstream locations near Yumoto or Gora. The nearest public transport station is in Ubako or Palace hotel Mae and these would need a pickup from the hotel especially if you have never been there before. Don't expect there will be any convenience stores or any other shops nearby, but you shouldn't need to leave the hotel as it comes with all the drinks, food and services that you will ever need. The hotel is very modern and well furbished. There are not many rooms so at any one time you won't feel crowded at all. There is a common room/bar/lobby where they would serve the welcome drink and do the check-in. Once that is done, the staff would take you to the room and explain to you about the room and how the onsen will work. The beauty of the Private onsen, besides being completely private you could also ”tune” the water temperature. Like a bath, you could add cold water to make it colder, which is not possible in a public onsen. We picked the western room with Mt. Fuji view. At first we could not see the mountain as it was covered behind the clouds. However, on the next day, as soon as we woke up we saw the beautiful Fujisan capped with snow. Taking the onsen with the Mount Fuji as a backdrop was definitely an experience (and the onsen was in a semi-opened area so you could feel the fresh air while taking the onsen) Dining (Both dinner and breakfast) was done at the restaurant instead of at your room. I think that's fine as you get your own ”room”or partition inside the restaurant so you will have complete privacy over the course of your meal. Like all onsen hotels, dinner was a multi-course meal, each used the seasonal ingredients and fully explained in English. (The staff there spoke perfect English and there was no issue in communication.) Other reviewers commented the food was a bit bland but I thought it was fresh and tasty. They even gave you some rice roll for snacks at night if you ever got hungry. Breakfast was also plenty and tasty. The room price is definitely not on the cheap side, but for the spacious room you get, the private onsen and the Mt. Fuji view plus the sumptuous food and the hospitality you get i think it is value for money.

As of 2020, the GoTo campaign has been held in Japan, and my house has also been using GoTo for one night. I checked in with an anxiety at the first hotel this time because there were many uses of a regular hotel. I am very satisfied from the conclusion. Because of satisfaction, I will write the facts I experienced as they are. First of all, the building is old and the whole has a vintage smell. This time, there was only a vacancy, so it became a Japanese room on the mountain side, but not only the atmosphere but also the smell. Is it mold? Is it a cigarette stained? It was a non-smoking room. However, when you open the Shoji, the view is surprisingly good, and the fir in front of you is red and beautiful. The voice of impression from the family. However, when the Shoji is seen nearby, the pier is full of dust. Of course, the wood is moldy. I opened and closed the doors so that I could not show my family.By the way, there was a curtain, but it was scary and I couldn't close it. I didn't touch it because I was going to fall in dust or mites. Also, there are small holes in the walls of the room. And the futon is laid from the beginning in the fight against infectious diseases, but this should never be turned over.If you look at the back of the futon with wet stains, you may not be able to sleep in the ordinary person. This was also a hidden thing to avoid showing to my family, and it seems like a ridiculous place to write it up, but it is not actually up to that point. All of the above is true, but with our small child, full of care for the children who are violent. It was not particularly concerned except for me who was allergic. There were also many elements to cancel the first thing in the room. The children were always a big squeeze, such as rental karaoke, rental bath, birthday surprise. The meal is not bad, and it is rough but feels comfortable service. I think the staff are hospitality. It is a mysterious hotel, and there are many guests during the holiday, but it is hardly suitable for people because the building is large. In the public bath, it is alone and honest. I recommend a rental bath here. The rental bath was renovated, clean and the hot spring was the best. I feel happy with the hot springs I put in with my family. During my stay for one night 3 times, I was able to use some of the 4 at any time because it was empty and I was able to use it without dissatisfaction. When you look at the other people's photos, the western rooms look beautiful, so the Japanese rooms are unrenovated. If you have a budget, you would like to renovate it, but it may be used for student training camps in the off-season. It was a mysterious and attractive hotel that I wanted to change the room and repeat. The room is not beautiful but I don't feel malicious there. It's cheap after all. Isn't the cospa good even if you deduct GoTo? Conclusion.

The hotel has a great potential, location is good once once you are there but arriving to the Hotel is terrible. The free shuttle wasn’t running when we arrived to gondola station and we needed to walk in the middle of an icy road carring our luggage, the most incredible thing is the staff didn’t really care when we got to the reception. The hotel installations are quite old and you have issues with mold all over the place, the corridor had a basket on the floor to colect dropping water from the ceilings, our bathroom was smelling really bad probably due to some sewage leak behind the toilet. The onsen was OK, just like others in the same category, however the views of the Mount Fuji are not that great as you need to stand up and take you body out of the onsen waters to see the it. Also, it is a quite lateral and partial view. So don’t expect great things here. The food was OK and restaurant staff was friendly and helpful. I felt that the food standards were also a bit low compared to other places we stayed in Japan. The worst part was the reception staff, they don’t know how to cater for international guests and they are not willing to help in your way in and out of the hotel if you are not driving your own car. So here is my recommendation, DON’T stay here if you are planning to use Hakone’s public transportation to get hotel. We actually lost 1:30 hours of our itinerary on the way out because they didn’t want to run the shuttle bus 5 minutes earlier to take us to a bus station 6 minutes away from the hotel (btw you can’t really walk with your luggage in Hakone’s roads on winter since they are steep an icy sometimes). The funny thing is thay me and my wife where the only guests on the shuttle when the left the hotel, so they could easily save 1:30 hours of our day being a little more understanding. Overall, just find somewhere else to stay in Hakone.

In the book called the ultimate source inn 73, it was included in the luxury class in the hot spring inn which was in the best 10, but it was inspired to stay cheaply in GoTo. I think Uri is an open-air bath in a separate building assigned to each room 1. 8 rooms accept up to 8 guests, and there are 8 open-air baths, but 6 on the 1 floor and 2 on the 3 floor. The third floor seems to be wider and the view is good, and we were lucky to have an open-air bath on this third floor and had a rock bath. But the outside temperature was low because of winter, and the bathing at night was very cold. It's dangerous after drinking... Some people have bad evaluations for meals, but it's small and sophisticated, although it's not volume, and it was a favorite dish for me of the sake school. The guide was certainly a foreigner, so there were times when it was a little difficult to understand what he was saying, but it was a very friendly customer. The hot spring was certainly a good hot water, but I thought it was a little more luxurious, so I was a little disappointed there. Overall, Cospa feels a bit bad, but it is definitely a very good inn if you don't think about the price. There is nothing around, so I think it is an adult hot spring inn to relax while enjoying hot water and meals.

I took a chance to choose a new hotel. It did give me an unexpected surprise. The hotel was opened by a couple. They were very nice. The service was warm and thoughtful. The hotel is located near the early Yunshan Mountain in Qiangluo. After Gora Station, the boss will pick you up and pick you up. The hotel's European-style decoration is neat and clean, and the exquisite Japanese breakfast tastes good.

An unforgettable experience, from check-in to check-out, service with a smile throughout. From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was deeply impressed by their warm, professional and meticulous attitude. They always maintained a smile and friendly attitude, and not only met my needs, but also exceeded my expectations. As you can imagine, no matter what problem you have here or what help you need, they will solve it quickly and efficiently. Their attention to detail is amazing and I felt right at home every time I interacted with them. At the same time, whether it was a buffet breakfast or a reserved dinner, I was satisfied with the quality of the ingredients and the taste of the cooking. The carefully prepared dishes are like mouth-watering gourmet works of art, demonstrating the hotel's high attention to food and beverage. Spent a short but pleasant and unforgettable time here. Sincerely recommend it to every tourist looking for a unique accommodation experience.

This time, I chose this inn for GoTo travel near sounzan station because it was convenient and cheap Hakone free pass because it was the purpose of taking a new vehicle (Allegra), sightseeing in Oyuya, and pirate ship boarding. I was guided to a 5 story 5 floor room, but there was no EV and the stairs were tight for the elderly 々 couples. But the room was only equipped with a dedicated open-air bath and the view was great. I was able to spend without contacting almost other guests in the room meal with corona countermeasures, and the young lady of Nepal was impressive.
