Guest Villa Hakone Yumoto

*The guest villa was nice, clean, and comfortable.* We had a small issue at check-in though. The check-in email only came in at 4:30 PM, but we arrived at 3:00 PM. Plus our room was changed from 201 to 101, so the code we got didn’t work. Luckily the staff was there when we arrived and helped us check into the new room quickly. *Facilities:* Washing machine is paid - 6kg for 400 Yen. Dryer is 100 Yen for 30 mins but clothes don’t get fully dry, so we still had to hang them out. The drying area is small but clean enough. Bathroom was clean too and overall facilities are good. The location is very convenient, just a 7-minute easy walk from Yumoto station. The facilities are fully equipped, just like a real japanese home, and there are more than enough amenities provided. Although there was little drama in finding our exact room, and we could hear footsteps from the neighboring unit, it was still a pleasant stay for our family. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Hakone in the future!
