極度不好的體驗。
1、這次去日本訂了這麼多的酒店，都不用先付定金，這家酒店需要付款近4000的定金。按照道理，定金在離店時就返還，這筆定金一直拖了很久，還是我打電話才退給我的。
2、等住完酒店離店時，需要付款近4000的房費，我用招行信用卡的銀聯付款，店家盡然説沒有收到這筆錢，手機短訊以及打電話諮詢信用卡中心，均表示這筆費用已經成功付款。店家不同意我們離家，説沒有收到錢。一直僵持近一個多小時。我們還要趕路。
3、打電話給攜程，攜程説聯繫第三方機構，我被告知：這種情況經常發生，完全不用擔心，衹要我用現金或者其他信用卡再付款一筆4000元的費用離店，之前付款的那筆就會退給我們。我們當時身上沒有這麼多日元現金，也沒有別的信用卡。所以就嘗試用這張信用卡的VISA第二次付款，很幸運，店家告知成功。在僵持一個多小時之後，可以離店了。
4、離店後，我再次打電話給攜程，問客服這筆錢到底什麼時候可以收到，這時候客服話鋒就變了，告訴我：這筆錢就要問信用卡中心了。也就是説不是攜程的事情了。
5、回國後，就開始和信用卡中心聯繫，一直到今天8月10日，近一個月，這筆錢還沒有處理結束。招行給的反饋是酒店收營系統落後，銀聯是沒有問題的。
6、我是在攜程訂的這家酒店，請問這件事情什麼時候可以處理結束。你們是怎麼選擇酒店、選擇第三方機構的。
7、這一家酒店前前後後，相當於扣住了3倍的房費。
8、攜程客服通話都錄音了音，客服工號為“712388”
9.當然了，店家沒有收到錢，那個蠻橫的態度就不用説了。店家反覆和我們強調，他們和攜程沒有任何關係，沒有簽訂任何合同。

하코네에서 너무나 행복한 시간을 보내게 해주었던 만족스러운 료칸입니다!
버스정류장 바로 앞에 위치하고 있어 하코네패스를 이용하는 뚜벅이 여행객으로 찾아가기가 좋았는데, 저희는 기차역에서 폴라미술관행 직행버스를 타고 미술관에 들렀다 다시 버스를 타고 숙소로 이동했더니 딱 좋더라구요- 도보거리에 편의점도 있어 체크인 후에 먹을거리 잔뜩 사와서 먹었어요 ㅎㅎ
저희가 입구에서 걸어올라가는데 직원분이 밖으로 나와 마중해주셔서 처음부터 환대받는 기분이 들었고, 전통 료칸이지만 노후되었다기보단 정갈한 느낌의 객실도 마음에 들었고, 특히 야외 노천탕은 정말 최고였어요!!! 첫날 저녁에는 공용 노천탕 이용했는데 이용객이 적어 저희끼리 조용하게 즐길 수 있었고, 다음날 아침엔 미리 추가요금을 내고 프라이빗 노천탕 예약해서 이용해봤는데 너무너무너무 행복했어요! 후기 적다보니 다시 가고싶네요 ㅠㅠ
이 료칸 후기가 별로 없어서 저도 예약할 때 고민했던터라 열심히 후기 적어봅니다. 가격이 비싸긴 하지만 값어치는 충분히 하는 곳이라는 생각이 들어 추천해요 :)

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The onsen was relaxing and the food delicious. The rooms were spacious with a great view and the staff was very helpful. Only snag might be due to translation errors, where when booking it seems as though you are booked for a dinner, but it doesn't actually reserve the meal. Would suggest anyone going here call hotel in advance to make sure they have sinner reservations set up.

This is one the best experiences in my life- very Japanese feeling. This is not just a hotel- this is life of true country. We got traditional room with great views. Everyone on my family enjoyed kimono they provided and hot volcano springs!
Service es top of the line! Traditional Japanese breakfast and dinners are very special and must to try! We really want to come back!!!

If you are looking for an authentic luxury Japanese ryoken, this is the place. From the real tatami mat flooring, to the fabulous kaiseki meals served by a personal attendant to the soothing onsen baths with gorgeous Mountain View’s, to the ultra hospitable staff, this ryoken was top notch. We could easily stayed a week in our suite without ever leaving the door. The only downside is that this kind of traditional authenticity means that the interiors can look a little worn out. But upgrading would likely remove its charm
