The service was excellent, and the food was pretty good too. We even had a view of Mount Fuji! From the moment we got off the bus, someone was there to pick us up and take us to the hotel, and they also dropped us off when we left. It's more of a boutique hotel, so the rooms aren't huge, but the staff's attitude and constant presence made the service feel fantastic. I highly recommend staying here!

I want to express my sincere gratitude to the hotel staff. They were incredibly helpful in assisting me to find the hotel in a foreign country and prepare a surprise for my girlfriend. Our stay was very comfortable, and the environment was pleasant. Seeing Mount Fuji from our window was a truly joyful experience. However, I must honestly say that the food was not very good.

After arriving at Ubako Station via the ropeway, I contacted the hotel, and a shuttle quickly came to pick me up, which was very convenient. The room facilities were well-equipped and clean. The onsen tub was on the balcony, and the staff kindly reminded me that the water temperature was quite hot and I should add room temperature water to adjust it myself. Soaking in the hot spring while looking out at the trees in such a peaceful environment was truly satisfying. Unfortunately, it was cloudy during my stay, so I couldn't see Mount Fuji. The meals provided by the hotel were of a high standard, clearly prepared with care and not at all perfunctory. After dinner, they even prepared some late-night snacks for us to enjoy back in our room. Overall, the hotel's facilities, service, and meals were well worth the price we paid.

This onsen hotel is simply amazing, especially considering the price. Everything about it was excellent. The Nepalese staff member who checked us in spoke fluent Japanese and English and was incredibly warm and attentive. The other female staff members were also wonderful. We booked a room on the third floor with a view of Mount Fuji, which was absolutely fantastic! The only slight disappointment was that the creative kaiseki dinner wasn't as mind-blowing as I had hoped.
