4.5/ 5ExcellentThe room is large, you can see Mount Fuji, and the equipment is all Pola. The indoor hot spring is very small, and the outdoor hot spring has a good view. The transportation is quite convenient, there is a bus directly to Gotemba (if you go to Ole, you can change to the free shuttle bus, go to Kawaguchiko to the other side of JR station), the hotel has a shuttle bus to Motohakone Port, you can go Torii, take a pirate ship, and also provide free shuttle service from Odawara Station. The front desk restaurant has Chinese-speaking waiters, and the communication is smooth. Meals are common, but there are several packages, so pay attention when booking.

I may encounter a lot of people during the Spring Festival. The service is relatively simple. When I go to find an outdoor bubble pool, no one guides me, which is a bit confused. The next day we were going to Dayonggu. The younger sister at the front desk told us that we could check in our luggage to Yumoto. It would be good to pick it up in the afternoon, so we could easily go to Dayonggu.

Haven't found the right hotel yet?
The hotel has a nice view of Fujisan from Hakone directly from my room. Food is delicious and there are 2 onsen. The large one in the main building and a simple one in the hotel.
