This is probably the 5th time staying here. I visit once a year as a reward trip for myself, but every time I am healed by the delicious food and the hospitality of the staff. The room overlooking Lake Ashi is also wonderful, and the mountain beauty treatment salon is also very good. I would like to use the service I received at Hotsuki as a model when dealing with customers in my daily work. I have also traveled abroad, but I feel that the quality of Japanese inns cannot be replaced by money.

Service From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great hospitality. While looking at the spectacular view in the lobby lounge, we had a welcome drink of matcha and Toyotsuki's original Japanese sweets, which were very delicious. Mr. Nakai's customer service was top-notch, as he immediately arranged forks and chopsticks for left-handed people. Food Dinner is served in a private room, and is a full course meal featuring carefully selected seafood and vegetables made with plenty of seasonal ingredients. We also received a Japanese dish of crab and rape blossoms from the head chef, and it was a very satisfying meal with about 10 dishes in total. The clams, boiled conger eel, duck loin, sakura udon, etc. were all exquisite. The final dish of sea bream rice was sea bream sashimi tossed with sesame seeds and served with wasabi greens rice, making it light and delicious. When I returned to my room with a full stomach, Inari was prepared for me as a midnight snack, and I was impressed by the generous hospitality. The room was divided into a horigotatsu room and a living room, and it was so comfortable that it was too spacious for two people. The rooms and bathrooms are also decorated with fresh flowers, making this a truly famous inn! Natural hot springs The hot springs have a strong sulfur scent and will relieve your body fatigue. Natural water The drinking water and private baths use natural water pumped from the 100M underground water vein of Hakone Komagatake (Mt. Iwakai), which contains a large amount of metasilicic acid with a high content of bicarbonate ions and silicon. You can take as many beauty drops as you like. The taste is sweet and slimy, and it is very delicious. It has a fairly high pH of 8.3, and is also high in potassium, calcium, magnesium, and vanadium, making it highly recommended for water enthusiasts. Location Although it is a magnificent site, there is only 15 rooms, so privacy is emphasized, so I think couples and families can enjoy it. Lake Ashi and Hakone Shrine are also within walking distance, making it the perfect location for a leisurely stroll or a stay away from the crowds. We recommend this first class inn with the best baths, customer service, and service. You can draw as much delicious natural water as you like on the premises, so we recommend that you always bring an empty 1-2L plastic bottle with you!

It's been a long time since I last visited Hakone, so I made the right choice. The quality of the hot springs is good, the food and the hospitality of the employees are high. It was a ryokan that I would definitely like to visit again. I think there will be a second time!

　何回目の宿泊か分からなくなっておりましたが、スタッフの方から「今回でちょうど20回目です」と言われました。東京世田谷から1時間半、ロビーからも部屋からも芦ノ湖と箱根の山々が見える景観、適度な距離で接してくれるスタッフの皆さん、泉質がいい温泉、そして、何よりも村上料理長のお料理がおいしくて、何度も訪れております。 　今回も期待通り、先付からデザートまでおいしかったです。特に、鰖（たかべ）の焼き物は、火の入れ方が絶妙でおいしくいただきました。先付の4品の中の水蛸も柔らかく、味付けも絶品でした。湯葉とオリーブを練りこんだという素麵もさっぱりしていて、夏を感じるお料理でした。 　スタッフは、若い人達が増えましたが、夕食の対応をしてくれた若い男性スタッフも、朝食の対応をしてくれた若い女性スタッフも、一生懸命対応してくれていたので、好感が持てました。 　今回もお料理と温泉を心から楽しむことができました。
