房間是在一棟白色的小房子的一樓，樓上還有一層租給了其他租客。離湯本站非常近，第一次來箱根很推薦住這裏。裏面算是應有盡有了，廚房、帶烘乾功能的洗衣機對於帶孩子的旅客來説很方便，早上終於可以熱一下牛奶了。附近湯本站周圍吃飯的店也很多。
