This hotel didn’t have 24hours front desk services , nevertheless travelers can easily reach out by free call services if needed assistance when you arrived. Is about 5-10mins walk from Hakone-Yumoto station. Turn left right after you exit from station , across the road whereby tourists information office and bus stations . Walk across a red bridge right after walking down from stairs station , turn left after crossing bridge ,walk few more mins and you will be able to reach the hotel .

It’s a beautiful space for a family with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stayover. It wasn’t too far from Hakone Yumoto train station (7 min) except for the need to walk up and down hill with the luggage’s to reach the accommodation. It’s a straight route though. Enough room to sleep a group up to 6 individuals. Has 2 toilets and a kitchenette, microwave and washing machine. Easy to locate. Lodging is strict on check out timing by 10 am.

Short walk from train station. 7 eleven close by, restaurants locally. Very clean & tidy. Loved having 2 showers & 2 toilets for a family of 5.

Yes there is a 7 Eleven that is walking distance, very convenient.

Great Little Spot We had a very brief stay and it was clean, comfortable and as described on the website. Very happy. About 8-10 min walk from train station, beautiful walk over the footbridge. Only issue is lack of restaurants after 19:00 and we never received our code to check in to the room-luckily staff was onsite to quickly assist!

Great location and only about a 5 minute walk from the train station. The 7-11 was only a 1 min walk and was a great place to get breakfast or snacks. The property was clean and the laundry machine is a very nice combined washer/dryer.
