Amazing experience in this ryokan! Felt very warmly welcomed by the owner who would come out to send us off or receive us when we entered or exited. Also received a welcome cake from him! Rooms were comfortable and the private onsen experience was really luxurious. Easy drive out to see the attractions we wanted to in Hakone.

The owner of the inn was very kind. I didn't have an umbrella and was about to go out in the rain, but he noticed and came running after me outside, offering to lend me his umbrella. The owner's child was also very cute. The room was clean and so spacious it was almost too big for just two people.
