Nice little hotel with good services and nice Japanese foods are served. Very important to tourists like us cannot speak Japanese, they do speak clear English too.

Great place to stay if you want to enjoy a quiet vacation in Hakone. Nice room and friendly staffs, food was a little below expectation, but they have nice cocktail.

Excellent staff, clean and comfortable room. They tried their best to communicate with us by English, and explain the information clearly, even when dining, a young staff explained each of the cuisine with details. The food is satisfied. I rly enjoy staying at this hotel and I will visit again when I come to Hakone in the next trip!

location is quiet but remote, hotel facilities not that much, do hot spring only and no others.
the worse comment is on the showering room, there is no any curtains or blinds for the glass doors, we can through either from balcony or from wash basin area!! really feel uncomfortable when do showering!! The food quality is not surprising!
with this room rate, we could have other better choices for sure !

房間配套齊全舒適。音響、加濕器、電視，洗滬裝。温泉配套等等酒店各崗服務態度都很好。從預約接駁車開始就有問必答。夜色下的露天温泉絕對人間值得。。。更有一泊二餐的美食。除了交通不那麼方便？其它都好。
