Glacier Hotel

Located about 1 kilometer from the Baekma Gakam Ski Resort, this is a guesthouse run by an elderly couple. The rooms are simple and clean. In an area where surrounding hotels cost over 1,000 yen per night, and 3,000 to 4,000 yen is very common, this hotel is undoubtedly excellent value for money. There are cemeteries nearby, but this doesn't affect the stay. The surrounding scenery is beautiful during the day; just avoid arriving at night.

This hotel can be directly removed from the shelves. This is not a hotel but a homestay. In order to save money, the landlord made the room cold when I checked in, and the temperature could not be raised continuously. The shower water was not hot either. It is totally unaccommodating.

The call simply couldn't get through. My earphones fell off and I couldn't contact the store.

The three-storey small hotel is not convenient for the elderly. The room facilities are rudimentary. Apart from two beds and a toilet and bathroom, it lacks everything, not even an electric water cooker. There are not enough parking spaces, so you have to arrive early to get one. But the owner has a good attitude and the hotel is very clean.
