Gosh, if I could live here I would...Its an amazing location, we LOVED it. Check in was seamless... (so friendly) The room was glorious, 3 x 3,with balcony..exactly what we needed for 2 x teens and 2 oldies..lol....lots of space. Easy access to the Ski Shop - across the road - and the Ski School, a little walk up the way which was easy enough, and the slopes, we even walked down to the village for coffee and breakfast one day...easy to do - although breakfast is served in the restaurant daily, we loved it, thank you. Dinner is also very nice. We had lots of snow, it was amazing. Thank you x

We had an amazing stay at The Ridge. Staff were super friendly and helpful (special shout out to Dimi, Elli, Liv and the rest of the restaurant crew and chef). And thanks to James for shuttling us around when needed. Easy dining at The Antler within the Hotel, good breakfast with great coffee, and a relaxing lounge/bar area where we quickly met some super nice guests. Easy 5min walk to the lift each day. Close to Rhythm Ski Hire and a lovely Onsen if you’re so inclined. Room was clean with lovely view.

The appartment was clean spacious and comfortable Staff were pleasant and welcoming However a significant issue of pyjamas disappearing from the appartment coinciding with a change of bed linen has not been adequately dealt with. The issue is still unresolved .

The property is fairly good and well maintained. The breakfast selection was a bit underwhelming for the price. It lacks an Onsen which is a bit inconvenient having to use the public ones. The shuttle service is quite basic so most days you'll have to walk to the restaurants or take an expensive cab.

Very Happy. This hotel was great. The room was spacious, comfortable and had a great view. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb. The Japanese Emporer stayed at The Ridge during the Nagano Winter Olympics.

We had a good stay in the property. Great location. Walking distance to the Hoppo One. Complimentary grocery shopping service once a day, which is very helpful. Breakfast has limited options. Overall we had a good stay here. We will be back soon
