A fantastic hotel to stay as a base in Hakuba. Very friendly staff, extremely comfortable accommodations a x fantastic breakfasts. Perfect location - so easy to access the ski lifts, buses, restaurants and pubs. Highly recommend!

Stayed seven nights. Great little family run hotel. Lots of Aussies staying and lots of memorabilia from the Nagano Winter Olympics, as the Australian Team stayed here in ‘98. Pretty good breakfast with cereal, fresh fruit and coffee (plus the usual bacon and eggs). Elevator to the upper floors. Lots of restaurants, bars and a bottle shop across the road. Happo shuttle stop (Mount) conveniently across the street and about 100m from the main Happo bus terminal which connects to Nagano and the other ski areas. The on site restaurant (only open Saturday night) was exceptional - a must do. Free Wifi is a bit patchy in the remote rooms, but fast in the breakfast room and lounge. Very good place to stay and will certainly return.
