Good stay and a good location! Lots of locals stay at this hotel.

not helpful staff. not sufficient knowledge to help me regarding re-charge Hakuba Valley lift pass. I am the first time to Hakuba for ski and I don't know the used (yesterday ) lift pass can be re-charged to re-use. The lady staff asked me to buy 2 new re-charge card which cost 100 yen per card (2* 100 )from their hotel and the male staff just told me to do input on-line payment re-charge. Because of payment via Visa on-line and our Visa card was blocked due to security password problem. We spent 20mins for the re-charge process at hotel lobby and got failed to re-charge our lift pass at the end. I request hotel to refund as we couldn't use the hotel re-charge card but the hotel staff rejected and instructed me to go direct to Gondola Station ticket counter ask for help. I told them we did ski just yesterday. If the lady staff teach me to use the old lift pass to re-charge, I can save 200 yen from the hotel re-charge card. Gondola Station staff explained to me that they couldn't do re-charge at counter, just sell new lift pass. At the end, I have 6 Hakuba Valley ski lift pass card on hand. Honesty speaking, not an advance ski site ! old system !

Location far from bus terminal by walk and very steep you will pay for taxi .but near the adam gondola . My room on 2nd floor I have to carry the luggage by stair. Breakfast for me it is not good there are a few food to choose and it all cold food even rice. The room can not lock inside. Their luggage storage is you just leave on shelf.

The food was delicious, and the front desk service was also good. The only minor issue was that I couldn't adjust the air conditioning temperature.

Large room, nice place, clean and quite. But my room is far from the lobby. If you have a heavy baggages, not easy (there’re few stairs before elevator)

Unless you are driving a car, you need to take a taxi. It’s up a massive hill. You are not gonna want to walk up or down it with luggage. The gondola is at the bottom of the hill. So you need to go up and down the hill every time. I don’t know why there are good reviews for the dinner. The dinner is limited and disgusting. It’s not good food at all. It must be really cheap people staying at the this place. The hotel is so old. The room is old and needs new furniture and to be painted. The windows do not have thick curtains, so the sun shines through in the morning. The heat has optional for low, middle, high. Even on the low setting, it was too hot.

A great hotel right next to the ski lift, delicious dinner and breakfast. Great service, very helpful and pleasant staff. 😊 The hotel has a large fireplace in the lobby. 🔥 There are also hot pools indoors and outdoors.

The food is delicious. The large bathhouse is not a hot spring, but it is OK and clean. The staff are quite professional and the service is good. Among the several chains, the Baima one has the best value for money.

Good, the buffet was delicious. Clean and hygienic. Transportation is a bit inconvenient, mainly because it's a bit far from the Happo Bus Station and JR Station, but it's very close to Gongdola, which is good.

A hotel in a decent location, but the rooms leave something to be desired. I expected more. Looking at the photos on the booking website, it seems good, but when you get to the room, everything is very old. I think for that price you could book something better.

Awesome hotel, outdoor hot springs! The room is clean and comfortable, the food is OK, the ice cream is delicious, there are many monkeys on the tree in front of the hotel, it's very interesting, downhill is Happo-one. There are many free buses to various ski resorts near the hotel. If you take the bus, you should get off at Goryu Hotel to avoid walking uphill with your luggage. I have to praise the high-quality guests and front desk of the hotel. The child forgot his watch when taking a hot spring bath at night, and found it at the front desk the next day.

A bit small, but close enough 1The hotel is small, but the location is superb! You can see the landmarks when you open the window, and walk to the popular check-in spots in a few minutes. It is a perfect experience for both traveling and sightseeing!
