Sunrise Villa - 7000 sf: 5 king/1 queen/7 single beds, heated pool, great views

Tina and Tyler were superior hosts! They were with us every step of the way, from booking straight through to check out. They had great recommendations for restaurants and activities, and worked tirelessly to ensure our stay was the best possible. You won’t find any better.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We had 13 people who stayed with us and a handful more who came over to share a meal and there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and relax. The outdoor area was very nice too. Really our only complaint was the outdoor areas were covered with leaves, flowering pods from the trees, and pollen when we arrived, but this is Georgia in the spring. Final word, is we would stay here again.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this beautiful home. It provided the perfect setting and served as "home base" for our entire family for our daughter's wedding weekend. Beautifully appointed and with room enough for everyone to spread out, feel comfortable and enjoy our time together. Even though we were there in December (and did not have time to enjoy the hot tub) we still enjoyed the lovely, peaceful sound that it makes. The pool deck area is also beautiful and was a wonderful location for some of the pre-wedding pictures. Wonderful kitchen, with plenty of supplies and space to keep all the family fed during the whirlwind days leading up to the wedding & a great place to "chill out" after the festivities. I will definitely cherish the memories made in this beautiful home & would love to return there for another family get-together.

My family (5-75) had a great time at this house! The house was the perfect size with lots of room. The porch, pool, hot tub, and outdoor fireplace to roast marshmallows were wonderful, not to mention the beach entry to the lake and the dock in the backyard! We appreciated the fenced yard for our dogs and the front yard where we brought our net and played volleyball. There were plenty of kitchen supplies and we appreciated the yummy spices. We enjoyed movies in the main family room and basement and enjoyed watching football on the back patio. We caught some blue gill off the dock and loved all the geese and deer in the backyard. The owners were extremely responsive and accommodating. The kids enjoyed the park right outside the front door and the beach entry to the lake at the park which had a nice sand bar for the kids to play in. There were plenty of table space for eating with two tables on the deck, one in the kitchen and dining room and bar stools. These tables were great for eating, playing games, coloring, and doing puzzles. We took a day trip to go apple and pumpkin picking, but the kids said they would have rather stayed at the house! My favorite thing is that the hot tub actually got hot! I’ve been at a lot of rentals where the hot tub is only luke warm, that wasn’t the case here! It was so nice not to have to bring our own inflatable paddle boards, kayaks, and canoes since the house already has real ones (not inflatable)!

Perfect in every way We had the most amazing time. Sunrise villa was beautiful, comfortable , with lovely views of lake Lanier.We couldn’t have been more pleased Many thank to our Host!

Great Home Great place to stay. We had a large multifamily group. There was plenty of space in the house. the pool and dock were great places to be outdoors. Everyone had a great time. Communication with the hosts was excellent!!

A Perfect Getaway at Sunrise Villa Our stay at Sunrise Villa was absolutely magnificent! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the property and the incredible hospitality of the hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and their attention to detail truly made our experience unforgettable.The villa itself was stunning — spacious, impeccably clean, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need.

Quick Trip We had a great experience at the Sunrise Villa. Weather was bad so we really didnt get to enjoy the lake or the pool but the view was wonderful in the morning and the house was huge. Wonderful communication with the owners and would recommend to anyone wanting a nice getaway on Lake Lanier.
