Reviews of Kookaburra Motor Lodge

Nice location, very close to busstop and the shops. The view from the small porch is beautiful with many cockatoos, wallabies, ducks etc. The rooms are adequate- comfortable bed and nice size bathroom. A downside is outside is grubby and needs cleaning and garden maintenance. We spent an enjoyable 5 days hiking around Halls Gap.

I booked this motel in last moment as we decided to stay in motel intead of camping due to bad weather condition. I was afraid that last moment booking won't be comfy. But, i was really surprised by their hospitality and service. Motel room was neat and tidy with all mentioned amenities. The best part was view from balcony. Affordable but highly looked after. Thanks Mr. Yousuf for excellent hospitality.

reception was very nice, we arrived at 10pm,he upgraded our room,because the new room can have good view to watch kangaroos,he said “the room is free now,hope we can enjoy in grampians” and the room also clean

Facilities: Not bad, average, very simple and primitive Hygiene: Not bad, just a spider web Environment: OK. There are really kangaroos walking around. Service: OK If it is not a 24-hour front desk, you must pay attention to the latest check-in time. It is OK. No major flaws. The price is very touching. Really.
