Neat and clean. Convenient to visit tourist destinations. Nearby lots of restaurants and food stalls both Vietnamese and western dishes. Front desk lady is very nice. She helps the guests warm heartedly.

I was very pleased to find this lovely family run hotel chain, perfectly located on the front line close to beautiful sandy beach. The property is very new and clean with a broad variety choice of rooms ranging from value seaview rooms to luxury apartments. The balcony offers fantastic views of both Sunrise and Sunset. I loved the evening music from the beach. Most importantly, the owner speaks fluent English English - rare in Halong. And as the owner is well traveled, you are assured with top notch advice and help.

This was a very nice hotel to stay for one night before a cruise. The rooms were very nice and very clean. The bathroom were really nice with lots of hot water and an actual bath. Walking distance to several restaurants, bars and cafes. Besides an amusement park close by there isn’t a lot to do here. Just would recommend staying in the area one night before your cruise. The girl at the front desk was very nice and spoke very good English. The only negative was the very loud music coming from the beach area. You could hear it very loud in the rooms from the beach club. It went on for quite late at night. Other than that it was a great stay.

Great hotel location - right in the centre of Bai Chay tourists area. There are so many things around like Bai Chay beach, Ha long bazaar night market, sun square, old quarter, Sun world complex.. Just a bit pity that not everything is open yet since there are still some restrictions due to covid-19 but i can imagine how fun it would be during summer season and without pandemic!! Will definitely come back to Halong! Other than that, excellent customer service, price and room amenities. The staffs were quite friendly and approachable. Great experience here! Highly recommended!

This is my 2nd time visiting Ha Long with my daughter after a long time. We’ve decided to stay at an european shophouse area which seems quite new and convenient for visiting famous spots. It was kind of confusing to find the hotel location at first but then thanks to the hotel staff's assistance and hospitality we were able to fully enjoy the trip. Special thanks to Ngọc who was so attentive and took care of everything we needed!! The room we booked was spacious and very well appointed with comfortable bed and good bathtub. There is a wonderful view of the sea especially when sunset!! However, i guess we should have booked a room with a balcony from where my daughter could take more photos of sunset. Anyway, I'd recommend this place and would revisit on next time if i have chance.
