When I first arrived, I was told to check in at 2pm and could not check in earlier. I contacted the platform and was allowed to check in at 12pm. I was also told that there were no king-size rooms, only twin rooms. In fact, a king-size room was later available. The service attitude was terrible.

Stayed here for one night prior to going on a cruise. Easy check in, staff were polite to us, upgraded us to a family room. Room was nice, clean & what we expected for the price we paid. Extremely reasonable pricing, working wifi, tv & air con, beds were comfy and complimentary tea & coffee. We wouldn’t expect more than that for the price. Staff were pleasant, perfect for a short stay over.
