Great location, very close to harbor for trip out to the sea. Great view from room balcony. Friendly staffs thro check in to check out. Very clean room and great gym for exercise.

A very new hotel with sleek design. Decent breakfast as well. Location is about a 5 min cab ride from the beach. During checkout large groups of tourists were arriving causing chaos and cutting in line etc, which should have been better handled by staff. Note that the slippers in room are not free and cannot be taken.

Everyone knows that you visit Ha Long Bay for one thing only but to book a round trip from Hanoi to arrive at the port, on the boat, off the boat and back to the city is a dreadful waste of potentially one of your holiday highlights. If you cancel your return bus and rebook it will only cost an extra $12 pp and your stay at the yacht under $30. That's a five star balcony room with bathtub, breakfast, pool access and city close with the restaurants and easy 20 minutes stroll. You are perched on a hill with awesome views over the bay but this also means no local shops and an aerobic walk back after a meal. The restaurant is first class priced between 400000 and 2,000,000 and there is a set meal option. The staff speak good English. Seriously, book at least a couple of days a the yacht and enjoy your best times in beautiful Ha Long

Perfect stay before halong bay cruise. Clean, spacious rooms, nice bar & service. Good gym, spa and nice pool (frontal view is blocked a bit by a new construction, but didn't bother us). Excellent breakfast. We had an inland facing room (quiet), away from the music of the beach club.
