Such a bad experience. The staff didn’t speak or understand English at all. And besides, he was always asleep. Had to wake him several times, even in the middle of the day. Was charged an extra night without notice as we arrived a bit early, we tried through google translate if we could wait in the reception until check in but was offered our room - we saw it as a nice gesture but got a mail later that day telling about the extra fee for early check in…
