Staying in this hotel was the worst hotel experience we had on this trip so far. It wasnt not pleasant experience at all.
There was a receptionist working downstairs who was really unprofessional and he made the stay really unpleasant. After the first night, it turns out there was an issue with our booking from their end (not from ours, or from the provider). When he noticed this error, he came to our room without any notice. He literally just opened the door to our room.
When we took the conversation outside the room, he told us, there is a water leak and we need to change the room. Then he offered a worse room next door, so this water leak didnt make any sense, it was just a pure lie. We ended up leaving the hotel earlier and went somewhere else.
If a receptionist can come inside of your room without any warning, I find this extremely rude and security risk. We dont recommend this place.
