A wonderful stay! The hotel is beautifully designed. The staff are young, polite, and very friendly. The room was modern and elegant, with tasteful colors and a clean, airy atmosphere. I especially loved the private balcony with a stunning sea view. One of the most impressive aspects was the breakfast. It was absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay!

The hotel is relatively new, the staff mentioned it had only opened about two months ago. The team is well-trained and service-oriented, which made a positive impression. Upon arrival, my family and I were welcomed with a complimentary drink, which was much appreciated after a nearly four-hour journey from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay. It was a warm and thoughtful gesture that set the tone for a good customer experience. Our stay was pleasant overall. The room was modern and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment with a nice balcony offering views of both the city and Ha Long Bay. We enjoyed breakfast and also tried the sandwiches at the hotel — the food was decent with nothing to complain about. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, adding to the convenience. All in all, it’s a great option for a relaxing staycation with family or friends.
