The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view of Ha Long Bay. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The location was perfect, close to many attractions, making my trip even more enjoyable.

Hotel just opened, trash everywhere, building dust in the rooms, shameless cleaning staff, breakfast crowded and closed at 9am, service attentive but clueless. Would definitely not come back.

It just opened, probably before May Day, and many facilities are not perfect yet. Such a beautiful room has no dry and wet separation, many things in the toilet seem second-hand, and the hotel smells very bad. We slept with the window open all night, and the door handles and the place where the bath towels are placed are dusty. Also, when we went upstairs to have breakfast in the morning, the staff went in to clean without the guests' consent, and we left all our things in the room, which was very unsatisfactory! And the location is quite remote, you have to take a taxi to go to the attractions, and you ate fried snails nearby, which was a big rip-off😭
