The apartment was very nice and had a beautiful view. However, the hotel address was poorly indicated and turned out to be in the same building under a different name, which was confusing. At check-in, we had to wait to receive the information because everything is handled by message and there is no receptionist on site. When we arrived in the room, it was already occupied. Overall, the rooms are good, but the customer service really needs improvement.
