I would like to commend Dat from the reception desk for his helpfulness in finding a lost item which is very important to me. I found it after and it was with me and it dropped in my bag. Dat has been very patient and I would like to thank him for his service! I would definitely come back again to stay next time.

Revisited Novotel in December 2022. The crew is as friendly as ever, the room is well-kept and comfortable, and the pool is conveniently located on the first floor, just off the lobby. Everything about my stay was satisfying.

Extremely disappointed with a supposedly international 4-star hotel like this. I booked a sea-view room that clearly stated it had a bathtub, but upon check-in, there was no bathtub. When I complained to the manager, I received a completely unreasonable response. This feels like a bait-and-switch; such unclear business practices are nothing short of deceiving customers. It's obvious that each room category has a different price! What a letdown for this experience.

Location at city centre with small night bazaar just opposite the hotel. Hotel room very comfy and stayed for a night after ha long bay cruise. There are food nearby within walking distance - a dong restaurant
